I use Solgar B-Complex regularly and have been pleased. Having B vitamins together makes a difference in my energy level, I feel more energetic and focused during the day. It didn't upset her stomach and the easy use is a plus. A quality option for those looking for a daily vitamin B supplement. After a while I used it 3 days a week

I bought it with confidence because I knew the quality of Solgar. We use it, but frankly I don't understand what kind of effect it has.
