As someone who regularly supplements with omega 3, I prefer Solgar. I did it because I feel comfortable with the content and reliability. Fish oil the smell is almost non-existent, it does not bother the stomach and fish it doesn't taste. The capsules are large but swallow-able size. At my energy level and I have noticed positive effects in my focus. A mild on the skin and hair as well I can say that there was improvement. The bottle is glass and sturdy, the packaging quality is already Solgar quality. The price is a little high, but the content is strong and high quality.
