Product name: solgar garlic oil ingredients: each softgel capsule contains: garlic oil concentrate (approximately 500 mg from fresh garlic bulbs) 1 mg, wild saffron oil 284 mg, softgel capsule shell (gelatin, glycerin) 123 mg directions: for adults, take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
