30 capsule ingredients active substances each herbal capsule contains 5-htp (5-hydroxytryptophan) 100mg valerian root extract (4:1) (valeriana officinalis) 100 mg vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hcl, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 10 mg other ingredients capsule (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), magnesium oxide, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium bisglycinate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
