Product Q&As
Is 47.5 head circumference suitable?
Answer from SOLEDA
Hello, Thank you for your message. The measurement you stated looks like it's exactly around 3 years old. If you are 2.5 years old or older and have a round head, you can choose 3-6 years old. If possible, can we know your age? We would like to comment accordingly. Regards.

Hello, are the handles of your glasses unbreakable? I have heard before that this is your product.
Answer from SOLEDA
Hello, Thank you for your message. The place where the eyeglass stem is mounted on the eyeglass frame can break as a result of serious tugging. However, since we are a manufacturer company, we make the glasses usable again by installing a new stem. We do not leave any Soleda user unable to use the glasses. Statistically, it has been observed that 1 out of 100 glasses sold is broken. These broken glasses have also been repaired. Again, if you have any questions, we will be in touch. We wish you a good day.

Is it flexible? Does it have unbreakable edges?
Answer from SOLEDA
Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Although very rare, we have encountered cases where the stem comes out of the eyeglass frame as a result of serious tugging. In case of stem detachment, our technical service provides repair service. It has been observed that in 5-6 out of 10 thousands of Soleda sold, the connection part of the stem breaks due to excessive tugging. In this case, our technical service team provides a spare handle and makes the glasses usable as they were in the first condition. Again, if you have any questions, we will be in touch. Best regards.
