how much to wear during the day
Answer from SOGEX STORE
Hello. When you start to use the brace, you will gradually feel your body gain the habit of correct posture. You can start using it for 2 hours a day at first, and increase the usage time over time. It is recommended to use it during daily activities rather than wearing it while sleeping. With regular use, muscle memory will start to develop in a short time and you will gain a permanent posture habit.
