Which one can I wear on my leg and calf?
Answer from Mösta
Hello, this H7 model is suitable for legs and calves. Our other effective model is our T1-2 Pro massage cushion product.

Can the massage feature be used only with heat without using the phototherapy feature? Is there such a setting on the device?
Answer from Mösta
Hello, Yes, you can use it actively and passively.

Hello, I don't quite understand whether the product has a thread to prevent it from falling. Is it portable in daily life like other skg g7 pro? For example, can we place this product around our neck and go for a walk? Or is there a possibility that it might fall because it is heavy?
Answer from Mösta
Hi You may not be able to wear it around your neck and hike like G7 pro. It has a slightly more intense squeezing and kneading massage effect than G7pro. And thanks to the velcro handles, you can use the device in hands-free mode by passing it over your arms and back, or simply by holding it.

Hello. Can the SKG H7 Max model be used integrated with the SKG Health app or another app?
Answer from Mösta
Hello, Only G7 PRO Fold, W9 Pro and KS700 models work with the application. All other models are controlled with the remote on it.

Can the calf and leg be used other than the neck? Is there a heater? Should I buy G7? Which one is the best?
Answer from Mösta
Hello, yes, you can use it easily when you position it correctly. With G7 Pro fold, this model has many different massage modes. G7 Pro Fold applies a unique massaging technique with EMS TENS support. We recommend that you do the reviews and go with whatever support you need. We would like to point out that users usually purchase these products together.

Does it provide high-intensity massage? Which model is most suitable for the neck and shoulders?
Answer from Mösta
Hello, our H7 model is the device that best simulates the hand scrubbing function. However, if you are looking for something different and effective, get the SKG G7 Pro Fold along with H7. Together they will greatly improve your quality of life. ☺️ We wish you to use it in healthy days.

Hello, can we only use it on the neck? Can it be applied to the back and waist? Have a nice day.
Answer from Mösta
Hello, our G7 Pro and G7 Pro Fold models have been developed only for the neck area. We recommend you to take a look at the SKG W9 Pro model for the waist area. The T1-2 Pro model will support you best for your back.
