I've had a bone spur since I bought it. The foot cushion is good—I tried it and peeled off the stickers so I could see how it fit my foot. Unfortunately, it didn't provide me with any relief as someone suffering from a bone spur, and since I peeled off the stickers, I couldn't return it—I acted too hastily.
