Product Q&As
I wonder if there is a situation where the mouth part comes off while the child is drinking water (transparent part). like running into the throat.
Answer from SipnJoy
Hello, the mouth part is not a removable part. Best regards, SipnJoy Team

Hello, is it stainless steel and does it smell?
Answer from SipnJoy
Hello, the product is made of 18/8 304 quality stainless steel inside and outside. When cleaned regularly and washed according to the cleaning instructions, no odor is observed.

Thank you for your interest. It's been about 3 weeks since I bought it. I think we haven't used any product other than water. We washed it with natural dish soap. The smell is especially at the place where the lid and the water bowl meet (both the water bowl part and the lid part meet, so I don't know how we can keep that part dry since it is the water bowl).
Answer from SipnJoy
Hi, Thank you for the detailed information. These types of odors can often be attributed to a very small amount of moisture remaining at the point where the lid meets the body. Leaving the lid open for a while after cleaning and letting it dry completely often solves the problem. If the odor persists after your trial, please let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you. Best regards, SipnJoy Team

Hello, without adding water to the product, how many grams is its empty weight?
Answer from SipnJoy
Hello, it is 285 grams

Hello, if the lid breaks or we have a problem with the straw, can I buy just the lid or the straw in one piece?
Answer from SipnJoy
Hello, The cover is sold individually. The pipette is sold as a kit, including the pipette, seal, and cleaning brush.

Hello, when we remove that long plastic straw stick from the product, is it possible to drink from the top silicone mouthpiece by standing the water bottle upright? Or does the product have to be used with the stick inside of it?
Answer from SipnJoy
Hello, we understand your question. It is not suitable for use without a pipette. It does not have a structure that fits me by sewing it. Best regards

Hello. Is the straw part of the product silicone or plastic?
Answer from SipnJoy
Hello, the part that is taken into the mouth is silicone. Best regards, SipnJoy Team

Hello, does it have a drip-proof feature?
Answer from SipnJoy
Hello, there is no leakage or leakage when the lid is closed. When it is in an open state, depending on the amount of water inside, there may be leakage from the straw and air gap in case of turning upside down or sideways.
