Product Q&As
does this product prevent scar formation
Answer from Simple The Pillow
Hello. Our product has a cooling feature. It would be ambitious to say it will prevent wound formation, but it has soothing properties.

Isn't the width 45 cm? Is it enough for someone who weighs 110 kg?
Answer from Simple The Pillow
Hello. It is in the dimensions listed in the product description. As the weight increases, the pressure applied to the cushion increases. Because it is visco, pressure and strength are inversely proportional.

Is the cover on it suitable for a motorcycle or is it waterproof?
Answer from Simple The Pillow
Hello. The product cover is water and air permeable. Otherwise the cooling effect of the gel is blocked.

Is there any odor in the gel part and what is the tearing and bursting situation? Is there a color option?
Answer from Simple The Pillow
Hello. It does not smell because of the gel. No explosion, tearing, etc. will occur due to its own or just sitting. A black zippered cover has been placed on the cushion. The cover can be removed and washed. The cushion itself is not washable. It can only be wiped with a damp cloth.

Do you have 40x40 - 5 cm height?
Answer from Simple The Pillow
Hello, it is one size fits all.

Hello, good luck. 7cm thickness seems too big for me. Can it be made 15cm?
Answer from Simple The Pillow
Hello. Product dimensions are standard, unfortunately they cannot be made to order.

Hello, I have been working at the table for a long time. Is it suitable for fistulas and hemorrhoids?
Answer from Simple The Pillow
Hello. Obviously, a donut-shaped cushion with a hollow center or a coccyx-style cushion may be more suitable for fistulas and hemorrhoids. There are different options available in our store. Please visit our Simple The Pillow page.

Hi, what are the measurements of the blue gel piece attached to the cushion? I'm thinking of buying the cushion and using the Blue Gel insert. Width, length and thickness are required. Thanks
Answer from Simple The Pillow
Hello. The gel layer is attached to the cushion by a special method. You may not be able to use it. Approximately 42*42 cm in size and 0.50 cm thick.

What is the height in cm? Is it soft or hard?
Answer from Simple The Pillow
Hello. The material is 100 percent visco and not stiff. The height is 7 cm.
