ŞİMMER STONE Round White Home Bathroom Set of 5

Very nice, I liked it

very nice I was very pleased

It is really beautiful, it added a very nice atmosphere to our bathroom, we loved it, it is very luxurious.

My product arrived incomplete, it had no cover. I immediately reported the situation to the seller via Trendyol. First they stated no missing item and I gave a false evaluation. Then, they called me by phone and said that they had to answer this way through Trendyol and that they would send the cover. I waited, but it was not sent. I called back about 2 weeks later. This time they said the product is actually without the lid. I forwarded their previous conversations and correspondence to them. They said they would send the cover for it. When they said they would send it again, I asked them to send the one with the swan cover if possible, and they agreed. But again, no shipment was made. I contacted back and reminded them of the situation. They said they would ship it on Monday. After almost a month, I received the cover. But the cover in the picture was sent, not the swan cover as they promised. For me, it was enough to send the missing cover at the beginning. However, I had to contact them repeatedly for about a month, recounting the process each time and waiting for the promises to be fulfilled. It was disappointing for me that a different cover was sent, even though it was clearly stated that a swan cover would be sent. I was not satisfied with this communication and follow-up problem I experienced in the post-sale process, rather than the product I purchased.
