1) Scoop 3 cups of rice (for family of 4) into the rice b. 2) Rinse silver swan rice just once. 3) Add water 3.6 cups (water 1.2: rice 1) into the rice b. 1 teaspoon of salt (optional). 4) After placing the rice b in rice cooker and switching cooker on, do not lift lid or stir rice during cooking time. 5) When rice is cooked, fluff with a fork and server hot and fragrant. For softer rice, put more water and simmer for a longer time. For firmer rice, put less water and simmer for shorter time.
