I contacted Brother Muhammad, and by God, he is a polite and refined person. May God bless him and thank him for understanding the matter and sending me the grinder. Thank you very much, my brother Muhammad. May God bless you.

The product I bought is not the same as the one advertised. It's not the same brand and doesn't have the same power. The New Golden Creature product has a power of 5500 watts, while the Denx product only has a power of 800 watts.

The material is very poor quality and breaks easily, but it grinds very well.

The product I received was not from Silver Crest. In addition, I did not receive the meat grinder, and the red base came as a single piece, not two as shown in the picture. Therefore, I returned the product.
