Hello, is it suitable for washing wooden spoons by hand?
Answer from Silva
Hello, our Silva Purimax Borax Gel product is for dishwashers, it is not suitable for hand washing. For hand washing, we recommend using our hand wash concentrated dish soap. We also do not recommend washing wooden spoons and wooden products in the dishwasher; it is healthier to wash them by hand and gently. ✨

Hello, to the question of whether you need to use this product with salt and polish, we do not recommend salt, but you said that polish can be used. For another question, you said we recommend using salt and polish? What is the most correct Usage?

Answer from Silva
Hello sir, yes, we sell Purimax hand washing dishwashing detergent. You can review it from the panel.

Hello, how much water should we add to 1 liter of concentrated product to dilute it or should we use it directly?
Answer from Silva
Hello, add the specified amount of detergent using the 500 ml dilution container sent with the product and complete the remaining part with water. This method allows the detergent to be used for a longer period of time and is economical. You can wash your dishes directly by adding 3 drops of detergent to 1 liter of hot water.

Can it be used on gold plated forks and spoons? Will there be any discoloration?
Answer from Silva
Hello, our detergent contains natural ingredients, we do not know the washing procedure of your product, you can try it if you wish.

Hello, can you send me a trial version, thank you. Do we dilute it or use it directly? It says concentrate on it.
Answer from Silva
Hello, you can purchase the product for trial purposes if you wish. Since the product is concentrated, it can be used by diluting it.
