everyone loves precious and magical items from the harry potter series.

all items have a separate mystery and a lot of new adventures waiting to be discovered.

undoubtedly, one of these items is the marauder map. Hogwarts is open for exploration. hogwarts castle is a large, mysterious school that is quite suitable for exploration inside and out. James potter, sirius black, remus lupin, and peter pettigrew created this map to help their close friend remus lupin when he was transformed into a werewolf. Without the wolfsbane potion, professor lupin was having a very difficult and torturous time, as he transformed into a werewolf every full moon.

her close friends noticed this. Lupine embarked on a quest to find a way to experience a painless and serene full moon.

they disguised themselves as animagus. This way, they could roam the castle, inside and out, in short, everywhere, undetected at night. They used both maps and animagus disguises to roam around and commit humiliating acts against severus snape. The spells used for the pirate map are very impressive. the spells used to create the map are advanced and quite impressive for these four friends. The map was crafted using homonculus magic, allowing the owner to track their movements within the castle.

moreover, this map is a permanent testament to the four friends' advanced magical abilities. This map, created during their student years at hogwarts, resembles a normally blank parchment. It only reveals the truth when the right words are spoken.

it is used only with the words: “i swear to god almighty that i do not think of anything but good.

” this sentence is meant as a joke between three of the four creators of the map. The "i'm not thinking of anything good" section mentions not following school rules. They didn't even use their own names on the map. They have preferred to use the nicknames they have chosen for themselves instead. Sirius black chose the claw, remus lupin chose the moon, peter pettigrew chose the hairytail, and james potter chose the forkedtail. The marauder's map was snatched away by the picky and wide-eyed filch in their final year at school.
