Is there anything like it melting away unless you use it? For example, will it melt if you don't open it for a month?
Answer from ARASTA TUZCUSU
The product has a moisture collection feature and starts to release the moisture it has collected while the lamp is not on.

Hello, I noticed that things like water and salt were smeared around the shelf where I put the product when I was not using it. Could the lamp be melting? How can I prevent it?
Answer from ARASTA TUZCUSU
The bulb inside the product is not for light, it is installed for heat purposes. It starts to release the moisture it has collected when you are not using it, and at the same time, you cannot see its benefit. It must be on for at least 12 hours every day.

Is there an on/off button?
Answer from ARASTA TUZCUSU
Unfortunately, there is no sir. We removed it due to malfunction complaints.
