Shoeberry Women's Blaze Mink Suede Short Pointed Heeled Boots

Very nice, very high quality

didn’t like it much

It's great that you can get your own number.

This is my second purchase of the product. When I first bought it, there was a defect on the left side of the sole of the right shoe, meaning the lining was missing and there was a hard protrusion that would injure the foot. I returned it and asked for a new one, they said we couldn't exchange it, so I said okay. I bought the same product again a few weeks later and asked the seller to check it and send it via questions. Unfortunately, the same product that I returned was sent to me again, even the inner cartons were as I put them. Even though I asked a few questions and they insisted that it was checked, I still received a refund. I have been dealing with these boots for 1 month, the shipping process etc. winter will end. The issue I am angry about is that it was sent without checking and I was informed that it was being checked. The return process is difficult. Going to cargo with a huge boot box, etc. In other words, the company victimized me as I tried to approach it positively. Number 37 of this product is defective. Take it knowingly. But the mold is exactly 37. The company's attitude made me give 1 star to a product with good size, color and quality.

It arrived with the seams ripped
