Carefully place the blade or grater attachment you will be using into the upper compartment. Place the vegetable or fruit on the cutting surface and press down on the lid gently to begin chopping. We recommend using the hand guard for small pieces and final cuts. Select the appropriate attachment for slicing, grating, or dicing. The cut produce is collected directly in the lower container. After use, carefully remove the attachments and use the cleaning comb to remove any pieces left between the blades. Since the blades are very sharp, do not touch them directly during cleaning. Store the product out of the reach of children. To ensure long-lasting use, store all parts in a clean and dry place.
