I want to buy it for my child who has allergic asthma. Is the pillow too high and too hard? Thank you.
Answer from Puffstore
Hello, he is not allergic to wool, right? And how old is he?

You said the product is hard, but when you empty it a little, it becomes a little soft. Is wool generally hard wool, because I researched and the internet says Merino wool is soft, I don't understand.
Answer from Puffstore
It is hard because it is full, you can adjust its softness by emptying it yourself.
