Product Q&As
So how should it be cleaned?
Answer from Selin Bengi Atelier
Hello, you can prepare warm water with unscented shampoo in a bucket and gently wash and rinse it that way. It does not collect a lot of dirt and dust, so washing it rarely is sufficient. 🤗

How much does the product weigh? Can it be done on the bun?
Answer from Selin Bengi Atelier
In our opinion, an average of 225g would be too much to wrap around the whole bun. Generally, they use this size buckle by attaching it, wrapping part of it around the knob and releasing part of it. ☺️ If you want to wrap them all, I think you can choose a smaller one. Or you can remove the excess part and reuse it differently; by transferring it to another elastic, attaching another buckle or snap, or directly knitting it into your hair.

Hello, how many cm is it? Can you add more beads?
Answer from Selin Bengi Atelier
Hello, 50cm, of course we can add extra beads or send you extra beads.
