Even if he is a writer who has proven his reputation in world literature by winning the goncourt prize with his work romain gary de roots of heaven, he will not be satisfied with this. Following the award, he creates a new persona on the basis of the claim of the french critics who repeat themselves and begins to write under the alias of émile ajar

With the solidity of its legislation, gary, who defeated the literary community, critics and readers with a deception that will be remembered in history as the “ajar incident” by winning this award for the second time, is an autobiographical story that allows us to witness his destruction by destroying himself in this play. The story of "don't pretend" is a lie. Described in roman The struggle of a neurotic character, who is trapped in the middle of the order, forcing himself to adapt to a norm that is based on imitations, to be disgraced by the bourgeois society, shows that the reality that has been evaded is more striking than all the lies that have been told
