Selim açan The turkish revolutionaries movement is not only the history of oppression, but also the history of resistance, perseverance and struggle. The architects of this date, particularly during the pre-'80s period, were able to mobilize people from all walks of life across the country, especially in major cities, with the idea of revolution and socialism, instilling in them the belief that a different world was possible.

with the defeat of september 12, enthusiasm was replaced by cynicism, determination was replaced by regret, and this strong belief was tried to be buried in the dusty pages of history like a painful experience. Those who wrote about this period mostly either highlighted their heroics or their own justifications, telling the story of what happened by starting and ending the history with themselves.

therefore, they chose to ignore those who were still walking on the road.

h.

selim açan insists on this date since 1968, as required by the organized revolutionary

those who have succeeded as well as those who have not succeeded, and do not hesitate to say as much as the shortcomings and deficiencies as the disgraceful.

He describes what is happening with relentless realism against the literature of defeat and the falsification of history: with the style that carries the productive power of the struggle to our day, without missing the human warmth, the small moments that make the difference behind the great turning points.

with the revolutionary spirit of the baton in the fight: “it's not over yet.
