if there were any problems in the first text in terms of spelling, grammar, and narration, efforts were made to correct them. As for the content, the amendments made to the legislation, supreme court and bam decisions during the two years since the second edition have been incorporated into the text, thus updating the work.

in terms of decisions, what we want to draw attention to here is whether there is an obligation to inspect the goods and notify the seller of defects in order for the consumer to exercise his right of choice in the sale of defective goods. On the other hand, the work done in teaching and published works within the two-year period were also reviewed, and innovations were reflected in the text.
