summary: what do we know about the perspective of philosophy towards women? How have important and primary names in the history of philosophy such as nietzsche, derrida, freud, lacan evaluated the relationship between women and philosophy? Feminist philosophy stands before us as one of the areas on which contemporary philosophy focuses the most, and the need to say new things increases day by day. In nietzsche's women, kelly oliver, through detailed and in-depth analyses, opens up a broader question about the relationship between philosophy and the feminine and maternal, analyzing the position of women in nietzsche's texts. Oliver, who presents readings from nietzsche, derrida, irigaray, kristeva, freud and lacan, builds an innovative foundation for the ontology of intersubjective relations, proposing a new approach to ethics.

"kellyoliver has made a powerful reading of the complex and often unnoticed investments made by even great philosophers who challenged the limits of philosophy in limiting or excluding women, femininity, and motherhood... this book is an example of the best that feminist theory and philosophy can offer each other."
