Answer from Savves
We recommend you buy size 40

Hello, do my heels make a sound when I walk? I want them to make a sound.
Answer from Savves
Sir, there's a noise coming from the cover on the heel, but it's not very loud

Hello, what is the circumference of the top of the boot in centimeters? My ankles are a bit thick. Is the zipper area stretchy, or does it squeeze the ankle? Is the circumference of the top opening exactly 26 cm?
Answer from Savves
Sir, the wrist circumference is 26 cm, and there’s a 2–3 cm stretch allowance since it’s made of stretchy material.

I have a thick wrist, will it get too tight when I wear it?
Answer from Savves
The wrist part is 26 cm, sir, and there is some stretch because it is a stretch material. We recommend you buy 1 size larger for more comfort.

I wear size 38.5, how many should I buy?
Answer from Savves
We recommend you get a size 39, sir. 🙏

can it be used in snowy weather or something? What is the structure of the sole?
Answer from Savves
Sir, you can use it with peace of mind. The sole is made of TPU material, there is absolutely no slipping or water leakage. We used warm lining in the interior, cold-proof. ☺️

Is the ankle length flexible? Do we need to take the foot size or should it be 1 size larger?
Answer from Savves
Sir, the wrist part is flexible, but we recommend you buy 1 size larger for more comfortable use.

What size for 25 cm foot length?
Answer from Savves
Sir, the length of size 38 is 25 cm. It will be more comfortable if you buy 1 size larger than our normal size, we recommend this way so that the wrist part does not get tight.
Translated by Google
I normally wear size 37, but I'm hesitant about whether the boots are too big.
Answer from Savves
Sir, our pattern is a standard pattern. For a more comfortable use, if you have scalloped feet and thick ankles, we definitely recommend you to buy 1 size larger. It will fit your feet perfectly and will not cause any tightness.
