Sarıkhane Ottoman Fes (Fez)

Friends, the story in short is that I placed an order via Trendyol on March 13, 2026. It was shipped quickly, I did not rush to comment because I wanted to share with you if I encounter any negative situation after using it for a while. Around May 15, the tassel of my fez broke or came off. The fez is not of poor quality. Much better quality than the fezzes on the market. If the tassel comes off or breaks, it may be a factory error or it is very likely that it is caused by me. Anyway, let me come straight to the point, on May 18, 2026, I contacted the seller via WhatsApp and informed him that my tassel was broken, we did not talk about anything else, today, May 19, the new tassel was shipped free of charge. (I only paid the shipping fee) The seller's fast and relevant attitude is admirable for having a safe business and a quality product. May God be pleased with our community. I will order my second fez in the coming days. I ordered this fez exactly for my head and it fit, but it falls off from time to time during prayer. I will order the next fez 1 size larger. My advice to those who buy it for prayer is +1 size. 🤲

The product arrived, it is very good, I am very satisfied.
