⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended! I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (TDRA UAE version) from Tech Bay, and I'm happy to say it is 100% original, brand new, and genuine. To be honest, I was very nervous before placing the order because it's an expensive purchase. But after receiving it, checking everything, and verifying that it's the official TDRA version, I have no doubts at all. I'm posting this review to help others who might be worried like I was. If you're thinking of buying from Tech Bay, you can purchase with confidence. My experience was smooth, and the phone arrived exactly as described. Definitely worth purchasing. Highly recommended! 👍

This delivery experience was absolutely horrible and extremely frustrating. Trendyol should seriously stop using SHIPA for deliveries. My order was falsely marked as delivered multiple times even though nothing was delivered. The SHIPA delivery agent kept giving excuses, delayed the delivery for days, avoided my calls, and even cut the call when I tried to follow up. Because of SHIPA’s negligence and unprofessional behavior, what should have been a normal delivery turned into a 10-day mental nightmare. I had to chase customer support repeatedly, waste my time, and deal with constant stress over something that was already paid for. I finally received the item after 10 days, but the damage was already done. This level of irresponsibility, fake delivery updates, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Trendyol needs to rethink working with SHIPA, because experiences like this destroy customer trust completely.
