Is the pipette part medium or soft?
Answer from Salsepetial
Hello, the straw is a soft silicone product, and since it is for babies and young children, the straw gives water when sucked, not a normal water bottle straw.

My cooking tip came closed, do we need to open it?
Answer from Salsepetial
Hello, since the product is for babies, it only gives water when it is absorbed. If you squeeze the tip of the straw from both sides, you will see that it opens. Since it is for small babies, it can easily absorb the water by touching its tongue to that part to prevent it from getting into the throat.

Hello, how can we open the bottle with its mouth closed? Do we need to pierce the knife?
Answer from Salsepetial
Hello, it is for children. When they pull it, they will get a teaspoon of water. This is to prevent small children from choking while drinking water. Do not try it yourself, give it to the child and let him drink it.
