Preparation: Thoroughly rinse the seeds you want to sprout (lentils, mung beans, broccoli seeds, etc.). Soaking: Place the seeds in the bottom of the container, cover them with water, and let them soak for 8–12 hours, depending on the type. Draining and Placing: Drain the water from the soaked seeds and place them in the section with the metal strainer. Moistening: Rinse the seeds with clean water 2–3 times a day and drain them to keep them moist. Sprouting: Close the transparent lid and place the container in a room-temperature location away from direct sunlight. Harvesting: Once the sprouts reach your desired size (usually within 3–5 days), remove them, rinse, and enjoy.
