Sagaza Carolin Dress

Not as seen in the product photo.

It arrived perfectly, the quality is great 🤍

I was absolutely not happy with the return process. I sent you the dress I wanted to return because it was too small. However, the same dress was sent back to me twice due to a problem with the so-called return code. Moreover, I had to deal with the shipping process each time. I am trying to return the same item, same way; However, the product is sent to me again and again due to the problem with the code issued from the brand's own system. When I contacted customer service, instead of resolving the issue, I received different and conflicting information. It is really unacceptable that the product has arrived to you again, but the return process is still not resolved. Returning a dress should not be this difficult. It is an extremely bad customer experience when a customer is repeatedly forced to deal with shipping and refund delays due to a problem in the brand's own system. Honestly, after this experience, I don't think I'll be buying from this brand again. It was a serious disappointment for me that the after-sales service and return process were so problematic rather than the product. I definitely do not recommend a brand that makes its customers so much trouble with returns.

I did not like the product at all because the skirt was in the shape of a balloon. I returned the dress without even trying it on, just by unpacking and closing it again. But in the return process they called me and said the dress was stained and therefore my return was denied. Then the product was also stained when it arrived to me. How can I be held responsible for a stain from a product I never tried or used? I was really victimized by this. Additionally, the skirt model of the product received does not match the images on the site. What bothers me the most is that this defect, which was not noticed or ignored before sending the product to me, is now being left on me. I don't have to pay for someone else's mistake. I would never consider buying from this brand again.
