Does water get inside?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello sir, no, water does not enter inside.

We use it in Brainpower, it blows 3 times and turns off.
Answer from Ryan Technology
When the lights go out, it does not mean that it is off, the product continues to work. After a while, it will activate itself again and continue blowing.

Am I filling?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello sir, spare cartridge product lists are also available.

How many degrees can it withstand in the car?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello, the product is suitable for vehicle use, but since it is a battery-powered electronic product, we do not recommend leaving it in direct sunlight and in an extremely hot vehicle for a long time, especially in the summer months. You can use it safely under normal vehicle usage conditions.

Sir, is it compatible with every cup holder? The cup holder in our car is a little small, will it fit?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello sir. In general, it is compatible with cup holders, sir. Depending on the vehicle model, those that are not are fixed to the bottom of the armrest space, sir. Have a nice day.

Do you have the cartridge? Can we buy it separately? How long does each cartridge last, on average and how much does it cost?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello sir, extra cartridges are available for sale in our product list. Each cartridge has a usage-dependent period, sir. Some use it for 2-3 months, while others use it actively and finish it in 1 month.

Hello, when every smell changes, does it need to change the cartridge? Also, when it works, does the cable need to be plugged in? Or can we charge the system at home and use it in the vehicle, in case of cable breakage?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello, RY-C1 is suitable for rechargeable and wireless use. You can easily charge it at home and use it in your car without the cable being plugged in; thus, there will be no cable clutter in the car. The 2 cartridges that come in the box have the same smell, sir. If you want to buy extra scents, each cartridge has a separate scent, so there is no problem.

Hello, what are the mode times of the product?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello sir, there are 4 modes: Light mode - 8 Minutes, Strong mode - 4 Minutes, Brain Power mode - 30 Seconds, Home mode - 9 Minutes. We wish you good shopping.

We bought the product and the cartridge is dead. How do we get the new cartridge? Do you have a product to add essential oil to water without a cartridge?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello sir, yes sir, you can look at our product list.
Translated by Google
Can we add fragrance ourselves when finished?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello, we have customers who continue to use it by dropping essence into the cartridge. However, we do not recommend this usage method as we do not find it completely healthy and efficient. For optimal performance and to ensure the longevity of your device, we recommend using new cartridges. Our replacement cartridges will be available as soon as possible. We wish you a nice day.

Do I need to put water or essence in the reservoir underneath? Or do we just insert the cartridge and use?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello sir, yes you can just put the cartridge and run it. Also, for your information, the video of the product is uploaded in the ad, you can watch it sir.
Translated by Google
Is the product cartridge refillable or do you have to buy cartridges every time?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello sir, some people put extra essence into the cartridge when it runs out, but it is not very healthy, sir. Generally, a new cartridge is purchased. Normally, there is 1 cartridge in the box, but we are giving 1 cartridge as a gift and it comes to you as a total of 2 cartridges.

Will it fit in the cup holder in my Skoda karoq 2022 model vehicle?
Answer from Ryan Technology
Hello sir, it is compatible if there is a round cup holder behind the gear lever. If not, we can place it under the armrest in front of the gear. Thank you for choosing us.
