Can't it be sewn a little too much?

Is it okay if we wear undershirts and underwear underneath? Our house is hot and we sweat a lot. It just hurts. Can you recommend something for that?
Answer from PAMUK PAZEN
Hello, there is no problem in touching the skin. Since it is a certified fabric, you can use it without covering it with laundry. You can use it at a maximum of 25 degrees, it is not suitable for higher temperatures, sir.

Our house is 23.6 degrees. Should I wear my 20-month-old baby with short-sleeved snap-on overalls or should I wear it over a sleeveless bodysuit without wearing pajamas?
Answer from PAMUK PAZEN
Short sleeves seem more suitable sir

Hello, it says cotton, yes, but I don't know if it is fiber filled inside, it is said that fiber reads well.
Answer from PAMUK PAZEN
Hello, it is a 100% cotton fabric produced by the Denizli Menderes textile company. (You can also find the Oeko-Tex certificate among the photos.) There is no fiber etc. only two layers of flannel fabric. The fabric may have its own smell because it was produced 3 weeks before production and was not expected.

Hello, 2.5 tog is too thick right now, it makes my son sweat, but I don't know if 1 tog will make him cold, it seems thin, I don't know what to wear in these seasons.
Answer from PAMUK PAZEN
Hello, sir, it is thick for 25 degrees and above, you can also consider a single layer of flannel without sleeves. https://ty.gl/ac2joxt2vwgo6
