Product Q&As
Hello, it says that the carpet can be cleaned in the machine without wringing. So I don't understand if it will come out watery. I would be very happy if you give me information.
Answer from Rugs Modern Halı
Yes sir, when it is wet, you need to take it out of the machine and dry it on the floor in a place that is not exposed to much sunlight.

Thank you for your response. I was thinking of putting it in the basket because I thought drying it would be a problem. As you know, you cannot dry the product by laying it anywhere with water. Everywhere stays in it. I wish you good and abundant sales.

Thanks

-color deviation : we try our best to lower down the color deviation, but we also expect our customers to understand because of the following factors. Colors in studio shots may vary due to differences in light and angle.
the mobile phone, computer or tablet you use has different screen resolutions, so the photos and the actual product color may be different.
the difference will be minimal. Size difference: due to the variety of production and yarn used in the product you purchased, there may be up to a 5% difference in the width and length of the carpets.
- since your carpet was packaged during the shipping phase, it may take some time for it to flatten out and regain its intended form when laid out in the usage area.
thanks for your understanding. General use - your carpet should not be beaten or rubbed, it should be vacuumed with the brushless ends of the vacuum cleaner. The coffee table, sofa, etc. placed on your carpet should be moved from time to time to prevent leaving marks, and the contact areas should be vacuumed with the brushless ends of the vacuum cleaner. Stain removal, if something spills on your carpet, action should be taken very quickly. In such cases, excess liquid should be absorbed by applying a paper towel before the liquid spreads, and cleaning agents containing bleach chemicals (such as bleach) should definitely not be used. The area where the liquid spilled should be wiped with cold water and natural soap after applying a buffer. The cleaning process should be done with a soft and white cloth in the direction of the pile, in a way that does not spread the stain. hard rubbing processes should be avoided, either circularly or against the direction of the pile.
the cleaned area should not be stepped on until it is completely dry. Deep cleaning, after cleaning, your carpet should be dried quickly while it is still laid on the ground before it is hung.
your rug should not be used when wet and should be protected from direct sunlight. It is suitable for washing in the washing machine, but for longer use, it is recommended to hand wash or give it to washing companies. The washing machine is used for delicate washing at a reduced spin speed of 30 degrees. Origin: made in turkey. It does not give off dust. Easy to clean.
