If you want to make the lips look fuller, you can draw the line just outside the lip line. However, if you want to achieve a natural look, draw it above your lip line. The lip pencil has a blending brush on one side. Use this brush to blend the lip liner lines towards your lips. This will help you achieve a softer and more natural look.
