Product Q&As
Is the product foldable? Does it take up space when we are finished?
Answer from Relaxus
Hello, yes sir, you can fold it. Thank you for your interest.

How many kg does the bed carry?
Answer from Relaxus
Hello, thank you for your interest in our product. Our car interior inflatable bed and pillow set is made of high-strength and thickened PVC material, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 250-300 kg. This is completely suitable for two adults or a family with children to use safely and comfortably during travel and camping. Thanks to its compressed wavy design, it distributes weight evenly and minimizes the risk of bursting or collapsing. You can choose with peace of mind. We wish you pleasant shopping.

When the vehicle's seats are reclined, the back of the seat and the trunk floor are not the same, there is a slight inclination, so when reclined, it slides towards the trunk lid. Do your products level the floor?
Answer from Relaxus
Hello sir. In most vehicles, when the rear seats are reclined, a slight slope may occur between the seat back and the trunk floor. When our product is inflated, its thick and wide structure allows it to greatly tolerate these small level differences and create a more flat and comfortable surface. However, due to the unique interior design of each vehicle, we can't guarantee a completely flush floor level. We recommend that you compare the interior dimensions and floor structure of your vehicle with the product dimensions. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the thickness of the product? Also, is there any internal material filling?
Answer from Relaxus
Hello sir, the thickness is 5 cm, it has sponge inside and you can inflate it with the pump that comes with it.

Hello, if this mattress is a little larger than the car on the sides, is there any room for curling or stretching so that it can be placed in an inflated state?
Answer from Relaxus
Hello sir. Yes, although there is a slight stretch on the sides, since it is a fully inflatable product, placing it with too much compression may cause damage in the long run. If it is significantly larger than the size of the vehicle, we do not recommend using it in this way. The best way to ensure a proper fit is to measure the distance and interior width between the back seat and the front seat of your vehicle. Thus, you can use the product safely and for a long time without compressing it. Thank you for your interest.
