Product Q&As
Can't it be done with liquid oxidant?
Answer from AYNA KOZMETİK
Hello, unfortunately it does not fit. It should only be used with cream oxidant.

Will it make my eyelashes yellow?
Answer from AYNA KOZMETİK
It does not turn your eyebrows or eyelashes yellow, but it is a product used to lighten the color. It should definitely be used together with cream oxidant.
Translated by Google
Yes, I used it with cream oxidant, but I definitely cannot apply it to the eyebrows, it falls out. And as I said, it didn't have any effect either. I sprayed 10 drops of oxidizer into the dye the size of a nut.
Answer from AYNA KOZMETİK
Have you cleaned your eyebrows with an oil-free eye cleanser before?
Translated by Google
Even though I use oxidant, it clumps like this.
Answer from AYNA KOZMETİK
Yes, normal yellow dyes cause clumping, it is not a dye because it is a color lightener. Regards

Hello, I started using the product for the first time, there was no lightening at all (my brown eyebrow color is normally) and it was such a dry product that I had difficulty removing it from my eyebrows. Can you help me?
Answer from AYNA KOZMETİK
Hello, it does not retain dye if used without oxidant. The paint should be mixed with the oxidant and used. You can purchase our paint oxidizer product sold in a double pack by visiting our store. :)

Hello, is there any result when used without an opener?
Answer from AYNA KOZMETİK
Hello, the paint does not have any effect without an oxidant, it does not hold, it should be used with cream oxidant.
