Chess is a game of intelligence played between two players. This game is played with chess pieces on an 8 x 8 square area. Half of the total 64 squares consist of black and half of white colors. The sides take white and black colored stones, the game progresses with each player making one move at a time. At the beginning of the game, there are 16 pieces each for white and black.
these consist of a shah, a vizier, two castles, two elephants, two horses and eight pawns. The aim of the game is to checkmate the opponent's king.
