This item is either fake or old/ damaged , I open ring it and the plastic felt way too soft for packaging but i let it slide as long as the brushes are good. I had Real Technoques brushes before so I know what they feel like, these were pretty good until I help the handle and it was all sticky and on a bother brush the paint is peeling this is inacceptable.
