    Product Q&As

Hello, is it suitable for someone who weighs 130 kg?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Hello, our product is selected based on knee circumference, not weight. You can determine the appropriate size by measuring your knee circumference: S 34–39 cm, M 40–45 cm, L 46–49 cm, XL 50–55 cm.

    Translated by Google

Greetings, can the iron springs on the side of this knee pad be removed if desired? Is it a usable knee brace for sports

    Answer from RASAFINE

The springs are not removed, they are fixed. It can be used easily while doing sports

    Translated by Google

Is the product for one knee or for both knees?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Hello, the product is sold individually. But you can use it on both knees in turn. Thanks

    Translated by Google

Do you have a product suitable for 66 cm above the knee and 55 cm below the knee?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Our current sizes will not be suitable for these measurements. Our largest size is XL and fits around 50–55 cm around the knee. It can stay tight above the knee at 66 cm; Therefore we do not recommend it.

    Translated by Google

Hello, can it be used for meniscus tear?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Hello Our product provides support to the knee area. We recommend that you consult your doctor about its suitability for meniscus tear.

    Translated by Google

My knee measurement is 44 cm, what size should I buy?

    Answer from RASAFINE

    Size M is suitable sir

    Translated by Google

Does it work well when playing on a turf field?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Hello yes Our patella knee brace is suitable for use on turf, hiking, and various sports activities. Thanks to its adjustable straps, you can adjust the tightness according to your preference and use it comfortably during movement.

    Translated by Google

Is it suitable for in-game protection after returning to football after cruciate ligament and meniscus surgery? Does it cause pain during sports without knee pads? Is there a solution for this?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Hello, our patella knee brace is used to provide support around the kneecap. But we can't guarantee that it will protect you or make you pain-free while playing football after ACL and meniscus surgery. Given your surgical history and pain during exercise, we recommend consulting with your doctor or physical therapist to assess whether this model is suitable for you.

    Translated by Google

What size do you recommend for 49 cm?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Hello, you can choose size L for 49 cm measurement. 😊

    Translated by Google

Hello, I am going to buy it for my wife, it is 46 knee size, which size should I buy? Also, does it have springs on the sides?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Hello, you can buy size M because it is at the limit for 46 cm size. There are supporting springs on the sides of our product.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is it washable? 38 cm. What size should I buy?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Hello, it is better to wash it by hand to prevent the fabric from deteriorating. Size S is suitable sir

    Translated by Google

I weigh 100 kilos, my legs are very thick, can my cap be XL?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Hello 😊 Our product has wide elastic and adjustable velcro closure. Users with a knee circumference of up to 55 cm can generally use size XL comfortably. For measurement, you can take the circumference measurement with a tape measure from the midpoint of your kneecap. If you share your measurements with us, we can help you more clearly about the size. 🌸

    Translated by Google

What size is between 39 and 40 around the knee?

    Answer from RASAFINE

39–40 cm measurement is between size S and M. But size S is recommended for a better fit.

    Translated by Google

Why is there no size chart?

    Answer from RASAFINE

There is a size chart in the 2nd image, sir.

    Translated by Google

    Is it suitable for miniskus?

    Answer from RASAFINE

It can be used for people with meniscus problems to support the knee circumference and provide stability. It provides knee support thanks to its open patella structure, side metal stabilizers and adjustable straps. Suitable for supportive use, not for therapeutic purposes.

    Translated by Google

There is loosening in the side ligaments of my knee, the tibia below the knee moves to the right side in some of my movements. Is it suitable for me? Does it prevent exit?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Hello, our product helps to keep the knee area more stable and support it during movement, thanks to its side supports and adjustable straps. But to say it will definitively prevent the breakout you mentioned is not accurate.

    Translated by Google

    Hello. Is there size 2xl?

    Answer from RASAFINE

“Hello, our product does not currently have a size 2XL. Our largest size is XL and is suitable for knee circumference of 43–47 cm. ”

    Translated by Google

Have a nice day. Knee cap circumference is 34 cm. Do I need to buy size S?

    Answer from RASAFINE

Good day, yes sir, size S is suitable.
