Product Q&As
Hello, is it suitable for someone who weighs 130 kg?
Answer from RASAFINE
Hello, our product is selected based on knee circumference, not weight. You can determine the appropriate size by measuring your knee circumference: S 34–39 cm, M 40–45 cm, L 46–49 cm, XL 50–55 cm.

Greetings, can the iron springs on the side of this knee pad be removed if desired? Is it a usable knee brace for sports
Answer from RASAFINE
The springs are not removed, they are fixed. It can be used easily while doing sports

Is the product for one knee or for both knees?
Answer from RASAFINE
Hello, the product is sold individually. But you can use it on both knees in turn. Thanks

Do you have a product suitable for 66 cm above the knee and 55 cm below the knee?
Answer from RASAFINE
Our current sizes will not be suitable for these measurements. Our largest size is XL and fits around 50–55 cm around the knee. It can stay tight above the knee at 66 cm; Therefore we do not recommend it.

Answer from RASAFINE
Hello yes Our patella knee brace is suitable for use on turf, hiking, and various sports activities. Thanks to its adjustable straps, you can adjust the tightness according to your preference and use it comfortably during movement.

Is it suitable for in-game protection after returning to football after cruciate ligament and meniscus surgery? Does it cause pain during sports without knee pads? Is there a solution for this?
Answer from RASAFINE
Hello, our patella knee brace is used to provide support around the kneecap. But we can't guarantee that it will protect you or make you pain-free while playing football after ACL and meniscus surgery. Given your surgical history and pain during exercise, we recommend consulting with your doctor or physical therapist to assess whether this model is suitable for you.

I weigh 100 kilos, my legs are very thick, can my cap be XL?
Answer from RASAFINE
Hello 😊 Our product has wide elastic and adjustable velcro closure. Users with a knee circumference of up to 55 cm can generally use size XL comfortably. For measurement, you can take the circumference measurement with a tape measure from the midpoint of your kneecap. If you share your measurements with us, we can help you more clearly about the size. 🌸

Is it suitable for miniskus?
Answer from RASAFINE
It can be used for people with meniscus problems to support the knee circumference and provide stability. It provides knee support thanks to its open patella structure, side metal stabilizers and adjustable straps. Suitable for supportive use, not for therapeutic purposes.

There is loosening in the side ligaments of my knee, the tibia below the knee moves to the right side in some of my movements. Is it suitable for me? Does it prevent exit?
Answer from RASAFINE
Hello, our product helps to keep the knee area more stable and support it during movement, thanks to its side supports and adjustable straps. But to say it will definitively prevent the breakout you mentioned is not accurate.
