Product Q&As
Hello, it's not about the products, but I want to ask something because I trust your knowledge. I see some natural product brands use iron oxide for coloring. (I haven't seen anything like this from you), but in an article I read, it was observed that iron oxide, which is a small particle in both foreign and domestic sources, especially the metal oxide, has been researched and found to have toxic effects. Smaller sizes that cross the blood and brain walls can directly damage cells. In this case, shouldn't this oxide also be non/Nano? Or am I worrying for nothing? Can you enlighten me? Otherwise, I will also remove the materials I think are colorful and natural from my table.
Answer from Radika Aromaterapi
Hello, we understand your sensitivity, of course there are ingredients that use very harmful chemicals, but our products do not have any coloring, we only use mineral Zinc oxide, which is a Zinc oxide obtained from natural resources. You can use it with peace of mind. Best regards.

Answer from Radika Aromaterapi
This is a very effective product, but since it has a content prepared with completely natural oils, you can also use it as a hand and foot cream. Best regards.

Hi, I have seborrheic dermatitis in my hair. Sometimes I get redness on my nape root (hairless area) too. Will this cream help? (I'm open to any other suggestions. Hair-skin) Thank you
Answer from Radika Aromaterapi
We do not have a prototype for this product regarding hair.
