RAAZ Eucalyptus Essential Oil 10 ml - 100% Pure and Natural

Hi, RAAZ Eucalyptus Oil has high percentage of cineol (1,8-cineol), but exact rate is on product label. Generally, eucalyptus oil can contain 70-80% cineol, Calculation: If RAAZ Eucalyptus Oil contains 80% cineol, there are about 800 mg of cineol in 1 ml of oil. Since 1 ml = about 20 drops, you may need to use about 7-8 drops to get 300 mg of cineol. However, it is not recommended to consume eucalyptus oil directly orally because it is very strong and dense. Instead: You can do steam inhalation (by adding a few drops to hot water). You can dilute it with a carrier oil and massage it into the chest area. It cannot be consumed without necessarily diluting it.
