Product Q&As
Good luck. What is the thickness of the board?
Answer from Punchistanbyuyc
23mm thick 43mm high. You can evaluate it as 25mmx50mm with the holder strip.

Hello, how do you stretch the fabric? Thank you.
Answer from Punchistanbyuyc
Hello, Lay the fabric you want to stretch on the hoop. Hold the fabric on two opposite edges and pull it sideways and down, then release it. By going around the pulley like that create the tension you want. The needles of the gripper strip will grip your fabric and not let go. You don't have to press hard enough for the needles to puncture the fabric. To remove, hold the fabric from one edge, move it first to the side and then upwards, freeing your fabric from the adhesive strip. You can safely use it for years on other fabrics except silk and satin.

Hello, I want to ask you something. When we buy a 50x50 hoop, should we use enough fabric to completely wrap the hoop, or can we not use a fabric that is thirty wide but long on both sides of the hoop?
Answer from Punchistanbyuyc
Hello, the dimensions on our pulleys are internal. So the processing area of the 50x50 hoop is 50x50cm. It is 55x55 from outside to outside. You can apply at least 55x55cm fabric on it. You can embroider as many as you want after

Hi, can it hold towels as well? Can the punch towel be embroidered?
Answer from Punchistanbyuyc
Hello, it also holds the towel. However, when separating it from the hoop, you need to pull it sideways before one edge and then lift it up, and do this process a little more carefully than other fabrics.

Can 50+50 cm and 30+30 cm be attached to each other in different ways?
Answer from Punchistanbyuyc
Hello, yes, all our sizes can be combined. When you take these measurements, you can also use them as 50x30cm by combining two sizes.

Good day, can we also use tulle or organza fabric?
Answer from Punchistanbyuyc
Hello, it does not damage other fabrics except satin and silk fabrics. We cannot recommend satin and silk fabrics because they need to be stretched carefully due to their structure. Tulle fabric can be used. We have not experienced organza fabric.

Answer from Punchistanbyuyc
Hello, yes, our measurements are from inside to inside, +5cm from outside to outside.

it is +5cm from outside to outside. The depth of the hoop is 5cm. We produced it from first class beech wood that has been baked.

we used a pin ribbon as a fabric holder on our hoops. We've secured the edge of our pulley with a 480ppsi pointed and beveled steel needle strip, crafted from swiss steel, at the optimal holding angle.
(the strips with holder needles are recycling material.
