Product Q&As
Will it fit on a 50x70 canvas?
Answer from Punchistanbyuyc
Hello. The thickness of the slat must be at least 2cm. Must beveled (rounded) corners for holding fabric and easy stretching. Afterwards, you can assemble the product to the frame you want as shown in our video. I wish you good shopping

What kind of feature should it have so that it does not damage the rope when putting it on and taking it off?
Answer from Punchistanbyuyc
Need to be mounted with the tilt of the needles facing outward. Stretch the fabric by pulling it to the sides and downwards. If you remove the fabric by pulling it with movements first to the side and then upwards and freeing it from the needles, it will not harm either your fabric or your embroidery.

Product details
Product description
The needles on the holder strip are swiss steel.
there are 480ppsi needles in square inch. The needles, which are inclined outward, have the optimum angle, sharpness, and density to easily hold the fabric and prevent it from slipping afterwards.
it is important that the needles are frequent so as not to damage the fabric. It is produced by placing on a rubber-coated cloth floor.
the width is 2.5cm, and the needle length varies from 7 to 10mm.
the holder strip on sale is recycling material.
when installing on your pulley, the needles of the inclinations should be facing outside the pulley.
if the needle is inserted in the opposite direction, the fabric tensioning process will fail. A minimum of 10mm staples should be used for assembly.
air staple gun is recommended.
however, a manual staple gun is also sufficient. As long as you protect your holder strip from water, humidity, heat, and sun, you can use it for decades without deterioration.
