Puma Phase AOP Unisex Gray Backpack

Very good quality

In the second wash of the product, the red Puma writings on the front were both discolored and peeled off. I made a return request. However, when they examined it, it was shown that it was a wrong washing and a customer-related error and my return was rejected. I do not recommend the product in this way and the seller and the Trendyol review team can examine it and see the error in their own product but not in the customer. In which analysis is it right, in short, you buy the product, but it is a seller who does not accept returns after using it in case of any problem. For your information, a new product is washed twice in two months anyway. It is something that is washed every day. This bag is finally small in the first one. I didn't care about the peeling, in the second one it was obviously excessively peeled and they don't look for problems in their own products, even if you send it for review, they blame the mistake on you, the easy way.
