Very, very sweet, but a word of advice: I ordered a larger size, you can order a smaller size, but a larger size would be better.

I requested a return and refund because the size was not accurate it was very small. Aramex picked up the boots from home. And I didn’t receive the refund until now. Contacted the support they said they they processed the refund and I should receive it after few days. But I didn’t receive it. Contacted them again they said that they already released the refund and I have to contact the bank. Contacted the bank got the statement there was no refund for this item. Honestly Very bad customer support experience from Trendyol! I uninstalled the application after the last call with them, but I installed it again today to submit this review and to make sure everyone is aware about this
