Product Q&As
Hello, how many cm feet are suitable for size 34 and 35 shoes? I don't understand Puma's size chart. The girl's foot is 21cm. It is equivalent to size 33 in other companies' sizes. I don't understand Puma.
Answer from Sporthink
Hello, for a foot length of 21 cm, Puma size 34 is approximately 20.5 cm and size 35 is approximately 21.5 cm. We wish you a good evening.

Hello, my son wore the shoes for the first time today. They did not stay on his feet for even an hour. After taking a few steps, he said that his one foot was tight and it hurt a lot. He hit his last toe and it peeled off. His one foot is narrower. This is the first time we have experienced something like this.
Answer from Sporthink
Hello, we are sorry for the situation you are experiencing. The shoe may feel narrower and tighter on one foot, which can be related to foot structure or size/fit preference. Especially at the first use, pressure and discomfort in the finger area may indicate that the shoe is not the right size for the foot in question. You can benefit from the review process to assess whether there are any production problems in the product. We will provide you with the necessary guidance based on the review result. If you have any other questions, we will be happy to assist you. Thank you for choosing us and we wish you a good day.
