Hello, how is the steering part of the scooter? I want it to be easy to turn. There are ones that turn directly from the steering wheel, not by pressing on the wheels. I wonder if that is the case?
Answer from Pozart TR
All 2-wheel models from the front turn by steering, sir. If you want the steering wheel to turn like a bicycle, you can examine the single-wheel front models.

Good day, it hasn't been 2 months yet since I bought your product, but the screw fixed place on the opening and folding part of the scooter constantly comes off while my child is driving, we get bored, we close the pin, but it repeats again after a while, how many times did it fall while driving, so I request you to solve the problem.
Answer from Pozart TR
This problem usually occurs when the pin does not fit properly into the slot or when you tighten the nut more than necessary, keeping the plastic part tense. Make sure the pin fits properly into the slot. Tighten the nut and clamp sufficiently. Try to fold it while the pin is in the slot before the child gets on. There is no problem with the product, sir.

Translated by Google
