Hello, Thank you for your interest in Powerband resistance tires. You can diversify your chest exercises with the resistance bands of your choice. These tires can be considered as an alternative to exercises with dumbbells lying on the floor. By using the resistance band, you can exercise your chest muscles from different angles, thereby getting a more comprehensive workout. As for what weight to choose for chest exercises, I usually recommend that if you are a beginner, choose a band with a lower resistance range. Our purple-colored band in our product range offers a resistance range between 15.8 kg - 38.5 kg, which is suitable for the beginner level. If you are more advanced, our green colored band (22.6 kg - 56.6 kg) or our blue colored band (29.4 kg - 79.3 kg) may be ideal for a more challenging workout. You can choose the most suitable band based on your training level and goals. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to write to us. We wish you healthy days.
