Morning: After showering or on clean skin, apply Morning Energy Body Oil by massaging it in circular motions. During the Day: When you feel distracted at the office or in your workspace, apply Focus & Balance Roll-On to the insides of your wrists and temples using circular motions, then take a deep breath and inhale the scent. Evening / As Needed: At the end of a busy day, after exercise, or during your period, warm the Moon Comfort Solid Balm in your palm and massage it into sore or tense areas. Weekly Ritual: Once or twice a week, add 2–3 tablespoons of Forest Bathing Bath Salt to a bathtub or a basin of warm water for a foot soak. Relax in the water for 15–20 minutes and enjoy the feeling of renewal. Nighttime: About 10–15 minutes before bed, spray 2–3 pumps of Deep Rest Spray onto your pillow, bedding, or into the air of your bedroom to enjoy a calming atmosphere.
